Non surgical penoplasty is the procedure of using dermal fillers in the penis for the purpose of giving the patient more girth.
The results are instantaneous.
Reports suggest the effects of the treatment will last from 9-18 months. This number will vary from patient to patient.
The material that is injected is Hyaluronic Acid (HA). Hyaluronic acid has the impressive ability to bind with up to 1000 times its own weight in water. It creates a compression-resistant “gel” that provides support & reshaping of the area injected. In addition, HA has the proven ability to stimulate fibroblasts to produce new collagen and tissue rejuvenation.
A prior consultation, counselling and clinical assessment are essential. Both for assessing the suitability and to personalise the injection artistry according to the patient’s individual anatomical variations. The procedure takes about 45 minutes after applying topical and local analgesics.
The downtime is approximately 7-9 days and there are aftercare instructions that need to be followed.
