These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the clinic’s services. By accessing our website or attending the clinic, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the clinic’s services.

Clinical Care and Professional Standards

The clinic provides medical services in accordance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. All consultations and treatments are delivered by a qualified medical practitioner and are based on individual clinical assessment.

Attendance at the clinic does not guarantee that treatment will be offered. Decisions regarding consultation, investigation, or treatment are made on clinical grounds, patient safety, and professional judgement.

Consultations involve a detailed medical history, clinical assessment, and, where appropriate, psychological or safeguarding considerations. Virtual consultations may be offered in limited circumstances and are subject to additional privacy considerations.

Following assessment, you will be provided with information about appropriate treatment options, potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. You are encouraged to ask questions to support informed decision-making.

Consent

All patients aged 18 and over are assessed for capacity to consent in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and General Medical Council guidance. Where capacity is present, consent must be informed, voluntary, and given without pressure.

The clinic reserves the right to defer or decline treatment where consent is unclear, safeguarding concerns are identified, or treatment is not considered clinically appropriate.

Age-Specific Safeguarding

Safeguarding and Young Adult Care

The clinic applies additional safeguarding and consent considerations for younger adults in accordance with its Safeguarding and Young Adult Care Policy .

This policy outlines the clinic’s approach to age-related eligibility, patient support, and safeguarding in sensitive clinical contexts. It is applied to ensure patient welfare, informed consent, and clinically appropriate care.

Accompaniment by a supportive person may be encouraged in certain circumstances but is not a condition of access to care. Patients are not refused consultation, assessment, or treatment solely because they attend alone.

Consultation fees are payable in advance and include a non-refundable booking deposit. Fees are clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Treatment fees vary depending on the procedure and are confirmed following clinical assessment. Package payments must be paid in full before treatment commences. Packages and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations and Non-Attendance

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than three working days’ notice will result in loss of the booking deposit. Failure to attend an appointment may result in forfeiture of the session or deposit.

Patients are expected to follow all post-treatment instructions provided by the clinic. Follow-up appointments may be recommended to assess progress and outcomes.

Results and Expectations

Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. The clinic does not offer refunds where treatment outcomes do not meet personal expectations, provided care has been delivered appropriately and in line with clinical standards.

Privacy and Data Protection

Complaints

If you have concerns about your care or experience, you are encouraged to contact the clinic directly so the matter can be reviewed in line with the clinic’s complaints procedure.

Regulation

The clinic operates in accordance with Care Quality Commission requirements and relevant professional regulatory standards.
