Payments and Fees

Dr NY Clinic operates as a self-pay medical clinic and does not work with insurance providers.

All fees reflect the delivery of care to a high clinical standard, based on individual medical assessment and realistic treatment outcomes.

Payment is accepted by card or cash on the day of your appointment.

A third-party finance option is available for eligible patients. Finance approval and any associated charges are set by the finance provider and added to the treatment cost.

How Fees Work at Each Stage

1. Initial Consultation (includes £150 booking deposit)

The initial consultation fee is £350, which includes a £150 booking deposit.

This appointment covers medical assessment, discussion of treatment options, and suitability for treatment.

You are not required to proceed with treatment following the consultation.

Example:

  • £150 paid at booking
  • £200 paid on the day
  • Total consultation fee: £350

2. Intended Procedure (fees vary)

If you choose to proceed, procedure fees vary depending on the treatment recommended.

The full cost will be confirmed before treatment is booked.

3. Starting a Treatment Course or Treatment Sessions

When booking a treatment or treatment course, the £150 booking deposit may be credited towards the procedure fee, where applicable.

This secures clinical time and reduces the balance payable on the day of treatment.

4. Post-Treatment or Post-Course Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up review appointments require a £150 booking deposit, payable in advance.

This secures the appointment and covers clinical assessment time.

Booking Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A £150 booking deposit is required to secure all appointments, including consultations, treatments, and follow-up reviews.

  • The deposit is deducted from the cost of your appointment if you attend
  • The deposit is forfeited if you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment
  • The deposit is forfeited in cases of non-attendance
  • This policy applies to consultations, treatment sessions, and follow-up appointments
  • The clinic may waive deposit forfeiture in exceptional or extenuating circumstances, at its discretion

The booking deposit is not an additional charge. It protects clinical time reserved exclusively for you.

Refunds and Treatment Course Policy

Patients have the right to pause or decide not to continue with a recommended treatment or treatment course at any time.

However:

  • No refunds are provided for treatment sessions already performed
  • Fees paid for completed treatments are non-refundable
  • Any unused, prepaid sessions will be reviewed in line with the clinic’s terms and individual circumstances

This policy ensures fairness to patients while protecting clinical time, resources, and delivered medical care.
