If it does not arrive, the slot goes to another patient.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"margin:0;\"><strong>Cancelling.<\/strong> With more than 72 hours' notice we will move your reservation fee once to a new date within two weeks, or refund it on request. With less than 72 hours' notice, or if you do not attend, the reservation fee is not refunded.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\r\n  <p>Dr NY Clinic operates as a self-pay medical clinic and does not work with insurance providers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>All fees reflect the delivery of care to a high clinical standard, based on individual medical assessment and realistic treatment outcomes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>Payment is accepted by card or cash on the day of your appointment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p>A third-party finance option is available for eligible patients. Finance approval and any associated charges are set by the finance provider and added to the treatment cost.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<section class=\"dny-payment\" style=\"max-width:880px;margin:0 auto 32px;line-height:1.7;\">\r\n\r\n  <h3>Refunds and Treatment Course Policy<\/h3>\r\n\r\n  <p>Patients have the right to pause or decide not to continue with a recommended treatment or treatment course at any time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <p><strong>However:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>No refunds are provided for treatment sessions already performed<\/li>\r\n    <li>Fees paid for completed treatments are non-refundable<\/li>\r\n    <li>Any unused, prepaid sessions will be reviewed in line with the clinic\u2019s terms and individual circumstances<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n\r\n  <p>This policy ensures fairness to patients while protecting clinical time, resources, and delivered medical care.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n  <h2>1. Principles of Administrative Fairness<\/h2>\r\n  <p>The clinic operates clear administrative procedures for appointment scheduling, reservation fees, payments and cancellations. These policies are applied consistently, transparently and without discrimination to all patients.<\/p>\r\n  <p>Clear administrative procedures allow the clinic to:<\/p>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>manage clinical time efficiently<\/li>\r\n    <li>ensure fair access to appointments for all patients<\/li>\r\n    <li>minimise unused clinical capacity<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n  <p>These procedures are implemented in accordance with recognised UK healthcare governance and consumer fairness principles.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>2. Appointment Requests and Tentative Booking Holds<\/h2>\r\n  <p>Appointment requests are initially treated as provisional until confirmed.<\/p>\r\n  <h3>Typical booking process<\/h3>\r\n  <ol>\r\n    <li>A patient requests an appointment date.<\/li>\r\n    <li>The clinic offers an available appointment slot provisionally, pending payment of the Appointment Reservation Fee.<\/li>\r\n    <li>The appointment is held for 48 hours only, awaiting payment and confirmation.<\/li>\r\n  <\/ol>\r\n  <h3>Payment methods<\/h3>\r\n  <p>The Appointment Reservation Fee may be paid by:<\/p>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>secure payment link<\/li>\r\n    <li>bank transfer<\/li>\r\n    <li>card payment over the telephone<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n\r\n  <h2>3. Confirmation of Appointment<\/h2>\r\n  <p>An appointment becomes confirmed for a specific date and time only when:<\/p>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>the patient confirms acceptance of the offered appointment, and<\/li>\r\n    <li>the required Appointment Reservation Fee is received by the clinic within 48 hours.<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n  <p>Until both steps are completed, the appointment remains provisional.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>4. Release of Unconfirmed Appointment Offers<\/h2>\r\n  <p>Appointment slots may be held for up to 48 hours pending payment of the Appointment Reservation Fee.<\/p>\r\n  <p>If payment is not received within this period, the provisional reservation expires automatically, and the appointment slot may be released without further notice to the patient.<\/p>\r\n  <p>Once paid, the Appointment Reservation Fee secures one specific appointment date and time.<\/p>\r\n  <p>If a patient responds after the 48 hour holding period, the clinic will check availability and offer the next available appointment if the original slot is no longer available.<\/p>\r\n  <p class=\"dny-fine\">This system is widely used in private medical clinics to avoid blocking clinical time unnecessarily and denying the service to other awaiting patients.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>5. Appointment Reservation Fee<\/h2>\r\n  <p>An Appointment Reservation Fee is required to secure every clinic appointment, including new consultations, treatment sessions and follow-up visits.<\/p>\r\n  <h3>The reservation fee:<\/h3>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>reserves clinical time for a specific appointment date and time<\/li>\r\n    <li>is allocated to that particular appointment only<\/li>\r\n    <li>applies to every appointment<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n  <h3>Relationship to consultation, treatment or procedure fees<\/h3>\r\n  <p>The Appointment Reservation Fee is redeemable against the cost of the appointment it secures. It is not an additional charge. Any balance is payable on the day.<\/p>\r\n  <p class=\"dny-fine\">All procedure costs are discussed and agreed after clinical assessment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>6. Validity of the Appointment Reservation Fee<\/h2>\r\n  <p>The Appointment Reservation Fee is assigned to the specific appointment date reserved for the patient.<\/p>\r\n  <p>The fee is non-refundable except where adequate notice is provided (72 hours or more), in which case the fee may be transferred once or refunded on request. The rescheduled appointment must take place within two weeks of the original appointment date, subject to availability.<\/p>\r\n  <p>If further changes are requested, or changes are requested beyond the above period, the clinic may require a new Appointment Reservation Fee to secure an appointment outside the 2-week period.<\/p>\r\n  <p class=\"dny-fine\">This policy helps ensure fair access to appointments for all patients.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>7. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Appointments<\/h2>\r\n  <p>If the patient gives more than 72 hours' cancellation notice, the Appointment Reservation Fee may either be transferred (rescheduled) once only to a new appointment date, subject to availability, or be refunded on email request. The rearranged appointment must take place within 2 weeks of the original appointment date.<\/p>\r\n  <p>Any rescheduled appointment must take place once and within the two-week period from the original appointment date, subject to availability.<\/p>\r\n  <p>For further changes or additional rescheduling requests outside this period, the clinic will require a new Appointment Reservation Fee.<\/p>\r\n  <p>If less than 72 hours' cancellation notice is given, the Appointment Reservation Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.<\/p>\r\n  <p class=\"dny-fine\">This reflects the loss of reserved clinical time that cannot usually be reallocated at short notice.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>8. Non-Attendance<\/h2>\r\n  <p>Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the Appointment Reservation Fee.<\/p>\r\n  <p>If a patient wishes to arrange a new appointment following non-attendance, a new Appointment Reservation Fee will be required.<\/p>\r\n  <p>Repeated missed appointments may result in the clinic requesting full pre-payment of the appointment before further appointments are accepted.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>9. Refund Policy<\/h2>\r\n  <p>The Appointment Reservation Fee is not refundable in the following circumstances:<\/p>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>cancellation notified in less than 72 hours<\/li>\r\n    <li>more than one rescheduling request<\/li>\r\n    <li>rescheduled appointment outside the two-week transfer period<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n  <h3>Prepaid treatment packages or multi-session procedures<\/h3>\r\n  <p>If a patient decides to discontinue treatment:<\/p>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>refunds may be issued only for unused or untreated sessions, but NOT for treated sessions<\/li>\r\n    <li>completed treatments or sessions are non-refundable<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n  <p>Courses of treatment are valid for 4 months from purchase, and all treatment sessions must be used within this time frame.<\/p>\r\n  <h3>For non-attendance (no show)<\/h3>\r\n  <p>No refund.<\/p>\r\n  <p class=\"dny-fine\">This reflects the clinical preparation and resources involved in treatment planning.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>10. Administrative Discretion<\/h2>\r\n  <p>In exceptional circumstances (for example illness or medical emergencies), the clinic may exercise reasonable administrative discretion when applying booking or rescheduling policies. Such decisions are made case-by-case while maintaining fairness to all patients.<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <h2>11.
