Dr NY Clinic operates as a self-pay medical clinic and does not work with insurance providers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

All fees reflect the delivery of care to a high clinical standard, based on individual medical assessment and realistic treatment outcomes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Payment is accepted by card or cash on the day of your appointment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

A third-party finance option is available for eligible patients. Finance approval and any associated charges are set by the finance provider and added to the treatment cost.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

How Fees Work at Each Stage<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

1. Initial Consultation (includes \u00a3150 booking deposit)<\/h4>\r\n\r\n

The initial consultation fee is \u00a3350, which includes a \u00a3150 booking deposit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

This appointment covers medical assessment, discussion of treatment options, and suitability for treatment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

You are not required to proceed with treatment following the consultation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    If you choose to proceed, procedure fees vary depending on the treatment recommended.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    The full cost will be confirmed before treatment is booked.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    3. Starting a Treatment Course or Treatment Sessions<\/h4>\r\n\r\n

    When booking a treatment or treatment course, the \u00a3150 booking deposit may be credited towards the procedure fee, where applicable.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    This secures clinical time and reduces the balance payable on the day of treatment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    4. Post-Treatment or Post-Course Follow-Up Appointments<\/h4>\r\n\r\n

    Follow-up review appointments require a \u00a3150 booking deposit, payable in advance.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    This secures the appointment and covers clinical assessment time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    Booking Deposit and Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

    A \u00a3150 booking deposit is required to secure all appointments, including consultations, treatments, and follow-up reviews.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

    • The deposit is deducted from the cost of your appointment if you attend<\/li>\r\n
    • The deposit is forfeited if you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment<\/li>\r\n

    • This policy applies to consultations, treatment sessions, and follow-up appointments<\/li>\r\n
    • The clinic may waive deposit forfeiture in exceptional or extenuating circumstances, at its discretion<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n

      The booking deposit is not an additional charge. It protects clinical time reserved exclusively for you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

      Refunds and Treatment Course Policy<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

      Patients have the right to pause or decide not to continue with a recommended treatment or treatment course at any time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
