\r\n Attendance at the clinic does not guarantee that treatment will be offered. Decisions regarding consultation, investigation, or treatment are made on clinical grounds, patient safety, and professional judgement.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

Consultations<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Consultations involve a detailed medical history, clinical assessment, and, where appropriate, psychological or safeguarding considerations. Virtual consultations may be offered in limited circumstances and are subject to additional privacy considerations.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Following assessment, you will be provided with information about appropriate treatment options, potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. You are encouraged to ask questions to support informed decision-making.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

Consent<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n All patients aged 18 and over are assessed for capacity to consent in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and General Medical Council guidance. Where capacity is present, consent must be informed, voluntary, and given without pressure.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n The clinic reserves the right to defer or decline treatment where consent is unclear, safeguarding concerns are identified, or treatment is not considered clinically appropriate.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n The clinic applies additional safeguarding and consent considerations for younger adults in accordance with its\r\n \r\n Safeguarding and Young Adult Care Policy\r\n <\/a>.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n This policy outlines the clinic\u2019s approach to age-related eligibility, patient support, and safeguarding in sensitive clinical contexts. It is applied to ensure patient welfare, informed consent, and clinically appropriate care.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Accompaniment by a supportive person may be encouraged in certain circumstances but is not a condition of access to care. Patients are not refused consultation, assessment, or treatment solely because they attend alone.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Fees and Payment<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Consultation fees are payable in advance and include a non-refundable booking deposit. Fees are clearly communicated at the time of booking.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Treatment fees vary depending on the procedure and are confirmed following clinical assessment. Package payments must be paid in full before treatment commences. Packages and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

Cancellations and Non-Attendance<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than three working days\u2019 notice will result in loss of the booking deposit. Failure to attend an appointment may result in forfeiture of the session or deposit.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

Post-Treatment Care<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Patients are expected to follow all post-treatment instructions provided by the clinic. Follow-up appointments may be recommended to assess progress and outcomes.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

Results and Expectations<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. The clinic does not offer refunds where treatment outcomes do not meet personal expectations, provided care has been delivered appropriately and in line with clinical standards.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

Privacy and Data Protection<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Personal data is processed in accordance with UK data protection law. Full details are set out in the clinic\u2019s Privacy Notice, available on the website.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

Complaints<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n If you have concerns about your care or experience, you are encouraged to contact the clinic directly so the matter can be reviewed in line with the clinic\u2019s complaints procedure.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n
